Alarm Clock

I awoke this morning to the sound of ocean waves crashing and seagulls caw-ing, and I knew my quest for the best alarm clock for me had ended. I bought a Timex MP3/CD T158W Alarm Clockyesterday. Most importantly, it doesn't have a super-bright display like my last one (I had to cover it with a cloth every night). And the sound doesn't gradually get extremely loud like the one before that. I can wake to the sounds of ocean, brook, rainforest or wind chimes. During the day, I can also use it to listen to the music on my ipod. Perfect for me.

That sounds awesome. I'm starting my Christmas list now! I'm always so busy remembering and listing what everyone else wants and things I need to do that when I think of things I'd like to have or experience I don't remember them later. It's OK to want to receive things and it actually brings joy to others when they can give me things I actually want.

Oh my gosh! I'm a blogger now. I aspire to be like my friend Lisa who truly is gifted in this area. There seems to be several novels and non fiction books working their way up from inside of her. With God's help she continues to bless us in many ways.

Thanks Lisa!

Your sister in Christ,
Autumn
